Mr. Seymore's play was the winner of the Winter 2010 Strawberry One-Act Festival and was the winner of the Best Actor Award. It has been developed into a full length play.

HEARTS GAMBLE

It's guys night, their weekly poker night.
Alex is getting married in two weeks, but can't stop his playboy ways.
Jake, his best man, asks, "Why get married?"
DC, his protege, asks, "Why not?"
and Carl . . . is Carl.
Drinks are poured. Cards are dealt.
Secrets surface and conflicts arise.
